These Terms form a binding agreement between you and DVNC regarding your use of dvnc.ae. Use of the site implies agreement; if you disagree, please stop using the site.

All content on dvnc.ae — pages, articles, schemas, JSON-LD, data files, code, brand — belongs to DVNC unless otherwise stated.

Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Brief quotation with attribution is fine. Republication of substantial portions without written permission is not.

You may not use any content from this site to train, fine-tune, validate, or improve any AI model, machine-learning system, large language model, foundation model, or similar technology — manually or via any third-party crawl, dataset (Common Crawl, LAION, etc.), or API — without explicit written consent.

This stance is asserted regardless of any default GenAI training inclusion under any local copyright regime. Robots.txt explicitly permits search-engine indexing; that permission does not extend to model training.

Portions of dvnc.ae content are produced with the assistance of AI tools and are then reviewed and approved by a human editor. AI-assisted content can contain factual errors, outdated information, or hallucinated citations — verify before relying.

In compliance with the EU AI Act Article 50 transparency obligations (effective 2 August 2026) where relevant, we disclose that AI assists our content workflow. AI is not used for any automated decision-making that affects you.

Any paid engagement (Audit, Sprint, Program, Retainer) is governed by a separate Statement of Work / Master Services Agreement signed between you and DVNC. These site Terms are not the contract for the engagement; they govern your use of the public site only.

The site links to external resources, vendors, and source materials. We do not control or warrant any third-party content.

Content is provided AS IS for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Consult licensed UAE professionals before acting on regulatory content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVNC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, DVNC's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to AED 1,000.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai unless we mutually agree to DIFC Courts arbitration in an engagement-specific SOW.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged here; continued use after a change is acceptance.
