What the AI Receptionist does

The AI Receptionist is the first voice and the first reply your customers get. It picks up every call on your UAE line and answers every WhatsApp, web chat and Instagram message, in Arabic or English, at 10am or 2am. It answers from your own prices, hours and policies, books and moves appointments, routes the conversations that need a person, and hands hot leads to your team while the customer is still on the line. Nothing rings out, nothing waits until morning, and every conversation is written down in your dashboard.

  • 01

    Answers every call

Picks up on the first ring on your UAE number, day and night, and speaks Arabic or English depending on the caller. No hold music, no voicemail.

  • 02

    Answers every message

Replies on WhatsApp, your website chat and Instagram direct messages within seconds, with the same answers it gives on the phone.

  • 03

    Knows your business

Answers questions about prices, services, opening hours, location, parking, documents to bring and policies, from the knowledge you approve in your dashboard.

  • 04

    Books and moves appointments

Checks real availability in your calendar or booking system, books the slot, sends the confirmation on WhatsApp and reschedules when plans change.

  • 05

    Routes to the right person

Transfers calls or passes conversations to the right person or department by your rules: sales, accounts, a doctor's assistant, a branch manager.

  • 06

    Takes messages properly

When nobody can take it, it writes down who called, why, how urgent it is and the best time to call back, and sends it to the right person at once.

  • 07

    Hands hot leads over live

When a caller is ready to buy or book a high-value service, it alerts your team on WhatsApp with a summary so a person can call back in minutes.

  • 08

    Writes everything down

Every call is recorded and transcribed, every chat saved, each with a short summary and the outcome: answered, booked, transferred or message taken.

What it never does alone

Every rule is set in your dashboard.

The receptionist agent climbing a spiral stair to bring a flagged card to the owner for approval.
  • Never gives medical, legal or financial advice: it books the person who can.

  • Never promises a discount, refund or exception: those go to your approvals inbox.

  • Always says it is an AI assistant at the start of a call or chat.

  • Always hands over to a person on request, on a complaint, or when a caller is upset.

Against hiring

Against hiring a receptionist

In the UAE an employer pays about 1.15 to 1.35 times the salary once leave, gratuity (21 days of basic pay a year for the first five years) and insurance are counted, plus a visa that costs about AED 3,000–7,000 in the first year.

  • 01

A receptionist in Dubai earns about AED 3,500–6,000 a month (GulfTalent, Payscale).

  • 02

One person covers one shift, about 48 hours a week. Covering 168 hours a week takes about three and a half people: roughly AED 19,000 a month once employer costs are counted.

  • 03

The AI Receptionist starts from AED 25,000, built once, with running costs paid to the providers. It covers every hour, in two languages, on calls and messages at the same time.

  • 04

Most clients keep their front-desk team and move them to the work that needs a person in the room.

How it works

Live in 14 days

  1. Day 1

    Check-up and intake

The check-up is done and the proposal signed. You fill in one intake form: services, prices, hours, policies, the questions customers ask, and who takes handovers.

  2. Days 2–5

    Knowledge and connections

We build the agent's knowledge from your material, connect your calendar, CRM, store or accounts, and set up the model account, the WhatsApp number and the UAE phone line, all in your company's name.

  3. Days 6–9

    Build and test

We build the agent and test it on more than 100 real questions in Arabic and English, including Gulf dialects and mixed Arabic and English, until it answers them right.

  4. Days 10–12

    Shadow mode

The agent drafts every reply and a person approves it in your dashboard. Anything it gets wrong is fixed before it answers alone.

  5. Days 13–14

    Live and handed over

The agent answers alone, with your handover rules on. You get admin access, documentation and a training session. With maintenance, a monthly report.

Your dashboard
