Within 24 hours you receive a one-page roster: which agents to hire, in what order, what each would do in your business, what it costs against doing it with people, and what we need from you to go live in 14 days.

For companies where the work crosses several teams and systems, a 45-minute check-up is not enough. In the AI-First Sprint we spend two weeks inside your operation: we follow the work, read the data, test where agents pay off and where they do not, and hand you a 90-day plan with fixed prices. The fee is credited in full against agents or a custom build you commission within 30 days.

Teams that understand AI agents use them well. The AI-First Workshop is a day in your office for up to 20 people, run by Omid Saffari. In the morning, how agents work, where they fail and how to manage them; in the afternoon, your own processes, mapped and ranked. Everyone leaves knowing what an agent can and cannot do, and the company leaves with a short list of where to start.

Every agent we build runs in your own accounts and belongs to you. Models improve, platforms and connections release new versions, and you want to know what your agent is doing. Maintenance covers exactly that, by the people who built it. It is optional, and you can stop it at any time: the agent keeps working.
