AI Accounts Clerk
Reads supplier invoices and receipts, enters them and prepares your e-invoicing data.

What the AI Accounts Clerk does
Every UAE business that sells to other businesses must pick an accredited e-invoicing provider by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027 (large companies earlier). The AI Accounts Clerk gets your paperwork ready for that and keeps it right afterwards. It reads supplier invoices and receipts arriving by email and WhatsApp, enters them into your accounting system, matches them to orders, flags what does not add up, chases missing documents and keeps your customer data complete for e-invoicing.

- 01
Reads every document
Reads invoices, receipts and credit notes from email and WhatsApp, in Arabic and English, including photos and scans.
- 02
Enters them for you
Creates the bill or expense in your accounting system with supplier, TRN, amounts, VAT and dates.
- 03
Matches and checks
Matches invoices to purchase orders and deliveries and flags differences in price, quantity or VAT.
- 04
Chases what is missing
Asks suppliers and staff for missing invoices, receipts and details, politely and on schedule.
- 05
Prepares for e-invoicing
Checks that customer and supplier records carry the data e-invoicing needs and lists what to fix before your go-live.

What it connects to
What it never does alone
Every rule is set in your dashboard.

Never pays a bill: payments are approved by people.
Never changes a posted entry: corrections go to your accountant.
Flags, never guesses, when a document is unclear.
Against entering it by hand
In the UAE an employer pays about 1.15 to 1.35 times the salary once leave, gratuity (21 days of basic pay a year for the first five years) and insurance are counted, plus a visa that costs about AED 3,000–7,000 in the first year.
- 01
Entering 1,500 documents at about three minutes each is about 75 hours a month.
- 02
The AI Accounts Clerk starts from AED 25,000, built once, with running costs paid to the providers. It enters them as they arrive, with the checks done.
