Case study · DVNC. How DVNC runs on agents.

Before we sold agents, we ran our own work on them. Our publications are planned, written, illustrated and posted by AI agents every day, with one person deciding what matters. This is what that looks like, and what it taught us.

A paper newsroom of agents writing and painting, the day's list on the wall and an editor in charge.

Planning: planner agents propose what to write next from search data, and a person approves the list

  • 02

Writing: writing agents research, write and check each article, then publish it through the site's own publishing door

Pictures: agents paint each cover and figure and check them against the house style

Social: one Instagram agent chooses a story, designs a carousel, writes every slide, reviews its own work once and posts it, every three hours, then shares it on Threads

The person

What the person does

Omid decides what the publications are for, approves the list of topics, sets the rules every agent follows and reads the results. He does not write the articles or design the posts. When an agent does something wrong, the fix goes into its rules, so it does not happen again.

The rules

The rules we learned the hard way

Every one of these came from a real mistake, and every client agent carries them.

A wall of rules pinned one by one, each tied to where it was learnt.

What it means for your agents

The guardrails on every DVNC agent — send once, hand over on failure, approvals for anything that moves money, a record of every action — come from running our own agents every day. Your agents start with those lessons built in.
